Abby Lombardo, LMFTA – Individual & Family Therapist
I am captivated by the many ways we make meaning of our lives and experiences. I believe in the power of telling our stories, witnessing others’ stories, and co-creating meaning together. I view therapy as the safe space where we share our humanness: our vulnerabilities, strengths, joys, and pains. As a family therapist, I want to offer a kind, loving, safe, and also challenging environment where people feel free to be themselves while working on their best selves.
Characterized by humor, sass, curiosity, and vivacity, my therapeutic style suits most young adults, teens, and children. I focus on building an enjoyable and trusting relationship with each client so that we can work together and have some fun as we achieve important therapeutic goals. I also enjoy meeting with couples, families, and groups as we discover the patterns blocking the way of enjoying one another and moving through life together.
I am passionate about preparing my clients to live full, satisfying lives, and our work together will cultivate growth and inspire hope in your life and the lives of your loved ones.
