Hello, my name is Odessa (she/her), thank you for taking time to visit my profile.
“I wish I could show you, when you are lonely or in darkness, the astonishing light of your own being.” – Hafiz
I take a holistic approach to therapy, viewing each person as a whole. I believe that all aspects of the self—mental, emotional, physical, social, and environmental—are interconnected and impact our well-being. I’m dedicated to creating a safe, affirming space where all individuals feel supported. I tailor my work to meet each client where they are, and I consider it an honor to walk alongside you in your healing journey.
I bring experience from a variety of treatment settings, including private practice, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient programs, and community mental health. I have worked with individuals of all ages and diverse backgrounds. In addition to individual therapy, I have experience facilitating groups and supporting parents, families, and caregivers.
My therapeutic style is integrative, drawing from various modalities to tailor my approach to meet your unique needs. I use specific techniques based on your goals and the factors impacting you. While I am trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD and severe anxiety, I incorporate a holistic approach with all my clients.
Finding a therapist can be challenging, and the systems we have in place don’t always make it easier. My hope is to create a space where you feel truly seen and heard. And if I’m not the right fit for you, that’s okay—I’d still love to support you in finding someone who is.
I strive to co-create a secure, collaborative therapeutic relationship with each of my clients. I feel honored to have this role in the community and am passionate about holding space for others while walking alongside them during their journey to heal.
Outside of sessions, you can find me walking or hiking among the trees, spending time near a large body of water whenever possible, crafting, cooking, and connecting with my community. Nature and creativity are some of my favorite sources of joy.
