Sometimes we just feel “stuck.” Sometimes we know we want to grow, but we just don’t quite know how. And sometimes we feel unhappy, unsettled or uncomfortable with life, its challenges and how to find peace.
I believe we all have within the strength and wisdom we need to be our best selves. I offer counseling that is down-to-earth, collaborative, funny at times, and focused on exploring who you really are and how you want to live. Therapy should be respectful and sincere, but doesn’t have to be scary or stale. Working together we can comfortably uncover insight to help you find greater connection with others, as well as healing and growth from within.
I have additional training in mind-body approaches, and we can integrate breath techniques as well as mindfulness tools and philosophy if appropriate and comfortable for you.
