I am a dedicated Mental Health Counselor specializing in treating trauma, depression, and anxiety.
In my practice, I prioritize client-centered care and believe in empowering individuals in making progress towards overcoming their challenges and achieving their treatment goals. I work with clients in addressing negative thought patterns and behaviors and help them to build more productive methods which then contributes to alleviating negative symptoms. I also recognize the importance of tailoring treatment to meet the specific needs of each individual, and therefore incorporate other approaches when necessary. This holistic and integrative approach ensures that my clients receive comprehensive and personalized care.
As a United States Marine Corps Veteran, I am passionate about supporting Veterans and military families. This personal connection creates a unique understanding of their experiences which allows me to establish strong therapeutic alliances with my clients and provide a safe and empathetic environment.
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from City University of Seattle, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Project Management from the same institution. This educational background, combined with my practical skills, allows me to guide my clients towards healing and personal growth.
