Hello, and welcome. As a therapist, I prioritize striking a balance between thoughtfulness and intentionality while allowing space for ease and flow. By leaning into authenticity and connection, I believe we can better understand long-standing patterns, replace self-judgment with curiosity, and create meaningful shifts in how we approach our lives.
Therapy is a collaborative and creative process that offers the opportunity to navigate these experiences together. I specialize in working with teens, young adults and adults who are interested in exploring identity, interpersonal relationships, and life transitions. Perhaps you have felt a pull to understand yourself more deeply, are feeling stuck, or are recognizing that certain relationship patterns are no longer working. Through exploring your innermost tensions and contradictions, we can deepen self-curiosity and open new ways of being in the world and in relationships.
I have worked with individuals across the lifespan with a wide range of presenting concerns, in both intensive programs and outpatient settings. While my approach is rooted in psychodynamic, relational, and attachment-based traditions, I also integrate practical approaches such as CBT and ERP, tailoring the work to your needs.
